"There shall not any man be able to
stand before thee

Our Daily Companion
As
God promised to be with Moses in his work of
leading His people out of Egypt, so will He go
with us wherever the pathway of our life may
lead us. Our God not only goes with us, but He
also gives us the promise that He will support
us.
Through His Word, He guides our footsteps upon
the ways
that will lead to the accomplishments of our
calling in life.
Through His Word,
He directs us safely over all those stoney
paths.
Our daily Companion ~ How awesome He is!
".....and,
lo, I am with you always,
even unto the end of the world. Amen."
For great trials and sorrows, our Lord gives
us strength!
But He also gives the steady power to bear the
little problems and small difficulties we
face.
As
our Companion, through faith,
we know He is always present.
He's a powerful Savior, a warm-hearted Friend,
our loving Companion, in all that we do!
"And
the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee,
he will be with thee, he will not fail
thee,
neither forsake thee:
fear not, neither be dismayed."
Deuteronomy 31:8
No
matter where we go,
or what we face in our daily walk through life,
the Lord goes ahead of us.
He
is already there, making preparations for us.
And when we get there,
He will guide us and see us through.
We
trust in Jesus' ability to do this
because He has already gone before us to the
cross.
He
has taken the punishment that should
have rightly been ours for the sins we commit.
He
has endured more pain and sorrow
than we could possibly imagine.
He
can tell us about the detours and distresses
of life
from His own experiences,
then add His love and direction to it.
Without Christ's strength and
guidance offered through God's Word,
how can we ever endure the changes
and challenges in life?
With it, we can do all things.
We
need our daily Companion!
Our God is the Holy truine God!
He
is the Almighty One, the forgiving Lord,
the all-knowing Father,
the ever-present God,
the Protector and Keeper of all His children.
We
have this great and gracious God as our daily
Companion.
And as we walk in faith and trust in our Lord,
we
can walk fearlessly and confidently through
life.
Now that we have entered into the new year of
2006,
we
will begin another pathway of life.
As
we take our daily steps
through the days and weeks ahead,
let us remember that we have the promise of
our daily Companion
and that He will be with us as we venture into
the year.
