Waiting With Patience
Having to wait on
someone or something
is difficult for us at
times. What we want,
we seem to want now!
Our fast food must be
just that ~ fast!
Instant pudding,
instant rice, and
instant results are
part of our way of
life.
I know most of us have
heard someone say,
"Lord, give me
patience........right
now!"
However, we know so
agonizing well that
the Lord does not work
on our time table.
Having to wait upon
the Lord can be
painful at times.
However, the principle
of the Lord working as
He wills requires
faith. He is always on
time! And His promises
are sure!
May we all muster up
enough faith to
patiently wait on the
Lord!? Rest assured,
He will work out His
plan, His way, and in
His time.
"Wait on the LORD:
be of good courage, and he
shall strengthen thine heart:
wait, I say, on the LORD."
