"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are
small among the clans of Judah, out of you will
come for me one who will be ruler over
Israel, whose origins are from of old, from
ancient times."
Micah 5:2
Christmas
Time And Love
Christmas bells on Christmas Day
Ring the yuletide of Christ's birthday
Nativity scenes are here and there
Happy Birthday our sweet Jesus
We love you so very dear.
It's not the glitter and the gifts
Nor the visits from Old Saint Nick
That makes a Christmas so special
It is the love of our Lord for us.
So in return we must show ours
And never leave Him behind
Take Him with us wherever we go
Praise Him to the end of time.
Remember the blood He shed
And all our sins took with Him
The pain and torture he went through
For us, just lowly sinners.
He cleaned our slate to start anew
So we could follow Him
To heaven someday and sit with God
When our day on earth is done.
So Happy Birthday sweet Jesus
We sing our songs of praise
To you our Brother and God our Father
In heaven where love always stays.
